Kaitlyn is a unique character. You are indebted to her and must pay 500 000 gold to her. If you befriend her then she will start to feel bad and offer you a better deal. She will remove 1 gold of debt for every 2 gold that you pay.
If you start dating her then she becomes even more conflicted as she still wants her money, but starts to care for the player too. She will match whatever you pay, removing a gold of debt for every gold you pay.
Heart Events
Yellow - On your farm at 10:00-18:00 and you have NOT paid off your debt. This event will be missable if you have already paid off your debt and not seen it, but in that case, it will not be required for dating her or marrying her.
Green - At Kaitlyn's mansion at 8:00-16:00.
The next two can only be seen if you are dating. To date a character, you must either give them a Silver Ring (made at the Blacksmith with silver ore in the mine) once you have seen their first two events and have enough Friendship Points or continue to gain more Friendship Points and wait for them to ask you out.
Orange - At Kaitlyn's mansion at 10:00-16:00.
Purple - In your farm house at 8:00-22:00
The next two are seen after you are married. To marry, you have to have seen four of their events and have no remaining debt. Afterwards, you can either propose with a Gold Ring (made at the Blacksmith with gold ore in the mine) or continue to gain Friendship Points until they propose to you.
Blue - At the upper floor of Kaitlyn's mansion at 10:00-16:00 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Pink - Outside Kaitlyn's mansion at night (19:00-22:00).

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why, but some people seem to get stuck in a loop and the day won't advance. It's supposed to not save, but the day should still advance. If I can find out what is causing it, I'll fix it.

DeleteYes, that is right. If you've already paid off your debt completely (not just for the season) then you can still pursue her, but you're first heart event with her will be her green heart event.

ReplyDeleteI really love this game, but I really wish you could pay your debt even if it wasn't payday. Are you still thinking about updating it? If so, I 100% recommend kids, school, and maybe new crops. I tend to just start a new game and pick a character to woo after I marry.

Second and third place raise it as well, but not as much. First gives double the amount as third and 1.5x the amount as second.

What's the different beetwen v.1.0.2 and v.1.1.1? (In paid )
ReplyDeleteIt has some additional features that improve on the game. The game could have still been played to the end with version 1.0.2, but 1.1.1 had things like cooking, fast forward, a map, signs in front of shops, a few clothing options, higher gold cap and a minor lag fix.
